Cold-eye Critique
The critique file is what the author reads. The cold-eye skill writes it. Shape: skills/cold-eye/references/critique.md.

Every finding has an id, a test number, a type, then a quoted line or an absence. Cold reader: what they do instead. Put: what to put in the file. No put → drop it.

Rank by first-reader cost, then by a false must-fix. A wording preference is not a finding.
